Acquisition Criteria
- 1970 or newer construction, 50+ units
- Multifamily properties in Central and northern Florida.
- Motivated sellers offering compelling prices in exchange for speed and certainty of closing
- Strong B and A submarket locations
- Individual and portfolio transactions considered
- Value-added opportunities, including under-performing properties and those with deferred maintenance, management issues or poor operations
